Since 2013 we have plated and polished metal parts for automotive suppliers from our plant in Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani.
01Our story
More than a decade of progresstoward a data-driven plant
Chayatat Products Co., Ltd. (CTP) was founded on 8 August 2013 to plate and polish metal parts for the automotive and general industries.
In 2016 we were first certified to ISO 9001 by Bureau Veritas, and we have held it ever since, alongside IATF 16949:2016, the automotive quality management standard. Today our 4,800 m² plant runs three automatic plating lines on non-cyanide alkaline baths with trivalent passivation throughout.
Since 2025 every step in the plant has been recorded in our own ERP, and since 2026 the lines feed PLC data straight into it — so every lot is traceable down to the tank.

04A word from management
We set out to build a metal-finishing business that is Thai-owned and Thai-run — and to give automotive part makers another choice: a plating plant with real quality and service that leaves a good impression.
Chayatat Products Co., Ltd. was founded on 8 August 2013 with a registered capital of 10 million baht. From the start, our aim has been to keep our processes modern, using technology to control production so that our work matches the quality of foreign-owned plants at a more affordable price — under our company slogan:
