Production control

Every step of production, under controlin our own ERP

We built an ERP specifically for plating. It links every department from receiving to invoicing and takes data straight from the line PLCs.

01Why we built our own

Off-the-shelf systems don’t understand plating

Plating has its own vocabulary — bars, hangers, programs, baths, rework and packing by customer lot. So we designed a system around how our plant really works: data is entered once and flows to every department automatically.

02One continuous flow

From receiving to invoice in one system

Every step references the same job number, building one complete history per lot.

  1. 1

    Receiving

Job (SU) opened with parts and quantities

  2. 2

    Planning

    Jobs scheduled onto each line

  3. 3

    Loading

Logged on mobile at the line

  4. 4

    Plating + PLC

Every bar traced tank by tank

  5. 5

    Bath checks

    Analysis every four hours

  6. 6

    QA / NG

    5-point thickness and NG records

  7. 7

    Packing

    Packing sheet per lot

  8. 8

    Delivery

    Delivery plan and notes

  9. 9

05On the floor

At the line, not just in the office

Operators log work on phones and tablets, control-sheet tags follow every part, and PLCs feed the system on their own.

06What it means for you

Our data is your confidence

Quality control & inspection

Every lot is traceable

From the customer lot number we can see which tanks the parts went through, for how long, current, oven temperature, bath results and thickness readings.

Instant status answers

Where a job is, how much is packed, when it ships — sales can answer in seconds.

Quality backed by data

Every check is recorded and approved in the system — not on paper that gets lost.

Faster claim analysis

When something goes wrong, real data from every step lets us find and fix the root cause.
