01About Chayatat

Great plating isconsistency, lot after lot

Chayatat Products (CTP) has plated and polished metal parts for automotive suppliers since 2013. We invest in automatic lines, an in-house chemical lab, test equipment and our own ERP so that every lot comes out the same — and can always be traced.

03Process control

Every variable that affects the finish is controlled and recorded

Plating and passivation tanks are dosed automatically, while bath concentration, tank times, plating current and oven temperature are recorded in our ERP so every lot can be traced.

04Production lines

Three automatic plating lines

Automatic hoists and per-part programs give every bar the same tank times and current, every time. Each box shows the line’s maximum part envelope (mm) next to a 1.7 m person.

06Test lab & quality control

Measured. Tested. Traceable.

Every lot gets a five-point thickness check, every bath is analysed every four hours, and we run our own full set of test equipment.

07Production control

Every part has a historyfrom receiving to invoice

We built an ERP specifically for plating. It connects every department and takes data straight from the line PLCs, so customers get instant status answers — and when a lot needs tracing, we have real data for every step.

  • Receiving & production planning
  • Mobile loading at the line
  • PLC plating-bar tracing
  • Bath logs & trend charts
  • Final QA & NG records
  • Packing, delivery & invoicing
