In August 2025 Chayatat Products went live with an ERP built specifically for our plating operation, replacing paper records and scattered spreadsheets.

1. Receiving — customer jobs (SU) with part numbers and quantities
2. Planning — jobs scheduled onto each line
3. Loading & plating — loading logged on mobile devices at the line
4. Bath control — chemical analysis every four hours, with trend charts
5. Quality — five-point thickness and defects recorded for every lot
6. Packing & delivery — packing sheets and delivery notes
7. Invoicing — invoices and billing statements from real data
